Andi  Ipaktchi

Andi Ipaktchi is an American artist and comedy writer who has lived in Paris for forty years. 

Married to a French-Iranian, she has spent much of her life moving between cultures, languages, families, and points of view. 

She paints, draws, writes, performs, and reads widely. Her love of process and layered techniques draws her to printmaking, encaustic, and traditional painting, while she is equally passionate about digital technology. 

She strives to challenge herself daily and lives by the conviction that curiosity should always outweigh certainty.
